Hi,
Here are two of many questions I have,
think it's a great idea to get plastic surgery for less by traveling outside the country...but how do you go about finding these surgeons? Are there any listings, web sites, or forums that can help me locate a good plastic surgeon ouside of the U.S or Canada??
And my second question would have to be for the women of whom have got Breast Enlargements....How was your experience? Did you get financing, loans? How were the results??? Would you change anything?? What is a good size?? LOL sorry about all the questions. And THANK YOU! :?: :?:

Going out of the country for cosmetic surgery can be very cost effective. There are many excellent Dr.'s outside the United States and the facilities are state of the art. If you would like more information email me at Nysale563@aol.com

yes it can be cost effective, but what about post op care. If you have a problem are you going to be able to see your surgeon or even contact them via phone. Standards in 3rd world countries are not nearly as high as they are in the US. Saving a few thousand bucks upfront may cost you a lot more in the end. www.breastimplantsusa.com has information about BOARD CERTIFIED plastic surgeons near you, I would check it out.

Hi Vanilla...I just had my implants done three days ago. I agree with Jenna about the post-op care. I wanted my PS a little closer to me, so if I have complications I can get to him. Also I have a follow-up appointment in 10 days. Also there's the initial consultation. So you'll probably need to visit his office at least three times. Hope this is helpful.

I can't give you any info on going outside of the US for surgery, but I had implants put in 15 years ago. Since then I have had several friends go through the procedure as well.
I am 5'9" and have a medium to large frame. I wear a DD. That sounds huge, but on my frame it works. At this point I would not want to be any bigger, and I would not want to be any smaller than a D.
I had very little pain and my post op care was excellent. In five years or so, I will be having them redone. Remember, breast implants are a product, so somewhere 10-30 years down the line you may need to have them replaced. I am having mine redone simply because when mine were done they were placed OVER muscle. For my body this looks very natural. As a matter of fact, if I don't tell people I have implants they don't know. The trouble with going over the muscle, which is not done very often now, is that large breasts--natural or implants--sag over time. I do not have excessive sagging even now, BUT I want to have them done anyway. I will be having a lift with these implants removed and having new ones put in under muscle. I intend to go to a large D, so only people who are close to me will even know anything was done.
I will be using the same doctor.

Oh, my doctor (and many other happy patients) for this was James McMahon, of Columbus, OH.
Dr. Bing is an excellent breast doctor as well.
