Hi,
I'm 19 and I've very, very small breasts (a 32-A cup bra is a little loose). I'm almost completely flat with no cleavage at all and my breasts haven't grown any bigger since I was 14/15 years old. They make me feel very self concious to the point that I refuse to wear swimming costumes, even the padded ones. However, I'm not prepared to get a breast surgery now because I feel that I'm still too young and it's too risky and complicated.
I've recently come across a new breast enlargement system called BRAVA which claims that it's "the first clinically proven approach to breast enlargement that actually grows a woman's natural breast tissue without surgery, pills or creams." It claims to do this by providing sustained pressure on the breast tissues because "Our bodies have a natural mechanism for growth and healing. When body tissue is placed under sustained tension it will grow. Brava works by placing a gentle amount of tension (three-dimensional pull) on the brests, and when sustained, the cells respond by replicating. The result is growth of new breast tissue."
BRAVA claims that on average, it can increase a woman's breasts by a cup if worn for 11 or more consecutive hours everyday and for a minimum of 12 - 15 weeks. The system costs about 2000 pounds (about 3500 USD). A cup may not seem like much but because I'm completely flat-chested, I think it'll make quite a big difference.
Anyway, I've been thinking long and hard about this. My parents are very conservative and are totally against it so I'll be doing this on my own. It is a lot of money and I've worked and saved up very hard for many years to earn enough for it. BRAVA claims that it really does work with no side effects what so ever apart from minor skin irritations. It seems almost too good to be true.
I'd like to know if you could tell me what you know or feel about the system and if it really does work or if you think it's worth it. I'd hate to waste all my money that I spent so long saving up. I can't talk to my parents or any of my family members about this so I feel lost and all alone and I'd really appreciate any adult feedback.
Thank you very much,
Sapphire

Well you know what they say about things that seem too good to be true. Unfortunately I don't think I am allowed to answer your question properly because this forum forbids negative comments. I would really like to help you and I would direct you to a more specialist forum wheere you can find what you're looking for, but URLs aren't allowed here either. Anyway good luck (you may need it).

I have been using the Brava package for 12 weeks and I can honestly say I have increased from a small 34B to a full 34C. I first came across it a couple of years ago and thought it was too expensive but it's come down in price. I paid 990 sterling but I'm sure it's cheaper in the States.
I have to be straight with you, it's not for the faint hearted. If you want a quick fix then cosmetic surgery is your only option but it's expensive and there could be side effects. Pills DO NOT WORK! I've tried them. I chose Brava because it's natural.
The downside? I'll tell you the pros and cons and you can make up your own mind. You have to be committed to the programme. It requires at least 11 hours wear every day for 12 weeks. I had to change my whole social life but I was determined to do something about my small breasts. I wore the domes (they go over each breast) inside a specially fitted vest from 7pm throughout the night until 7am. You have to lie on your back (which requires discipline). The domes are connected to a small pump which is located in a pouch in the vest. The pump draws the air out of the domes. In my case, the pump went off at least twice maybe three times a night (made a small 'putting' sound!) and as it's close to your chest it does sound a bit loud but I got used to it. The pump does this because it has to maintain a gentle 'pulling' on your breasts. It's not at all painful. When you wake up the next morning your breasts will have swelled and you get some idea of how they're going to look. The swelling goes down over the day but you repeat the procedure the following night, and so on. Don't be tempted to miss a day. On average you put in 77 hours a week. I put in 85-90 and it shows.
I have just completed 12 weeks and I LOVE MY NEW BREASTS. They're fuller, look natural and they're perky. I've had to go out and buy a whole load of new lingerie.
Sorry to sound like a fanatic but I am so pleased with my results. It's the first time I've ever committed myself to something like this and it's definitely been worth it.
I wish you the very best of luck if you decide to go ahead.

In fact pills do work for many women. I have increased very nicely myself with pills.

The Breast Cream is a concoction of selected female supporting herbs and extracts of Pueraria Mirifica, an herb from Thailand . Pueraria mirifica possesses phytoestrogens those are akin to that of estrogens in the female body. They help stimulating the growth of fatty tissues in the breasts and enlarge them naturally
