Methods used for removing tattoos.
Dermabrasion
Excision
Lasers Tattoos Removal
Saline Tattooing

Dermabrasion:
Where skin is "sanded" to remove the surface and middle layers;
It involves process of removing the tattooed area of skin and then stitching it closed.

Excision:
Where a surgeon removes the tattoo with a scalpel and closes the wound with stitches. In some cases involving large tattoos, a skin graft from another part of the body may be necessary.
Dermabrasion & Excision both is painful

Saline Tattooing

In this procedure, tattoo artists fade a tattoo by tattooing lidocaine and saline solution over unwanted tattoo. This is beneficial for older tattoos. This process can just lighten the existing tattoo but can’t remove it altogether. This procedure is relatively harmless and cheaper. Though finding a tattoo artist to perform this task is difficult.

Lasers Tattoos Removal:

Lasers Tattoos removal is better choice, as it is painless when treated by expert. Although it is costly and requires multiple sessions, but at the end of the day it ensures that the process is relatively painless and bloodless. In this procedure, targeted tattoo is exposed to the intense pulses of light delivered by laser. This laser energy results in destruction of the ink pigment while ensuring minimum damage to the surrounding skin.
The popularity of laser tattoo treatment is skyrocketing and lots of people are turning to this reliable method of tattoo removal.

Thank you friend for the comment on post

Today i am posting Post-procedural Care Tips. I am sure it will be helpful for those who have gone for tattoo removal treatment.

Although laser tattoo removal treatment is a tried and tested method of removing tattoos and is generally quite safe, it is important to take good care of the treated area after you are through with the procedure.

Listed below are some useful post-procedural care tips which if followed meticulously can help you in healing quickly:

• The treated area should always be kept clean. Take proper care of the wound to aid the healing process and prevent any infection.

• A shower can be taken the next day, but don’t make the mistake of scrubbing the area at all.

• Continue applying prescribed antibiotic ointment given to you by your physician with regular dressing changes.

• The treated area should not be exposed to the sun for 2 to 3 days after the procedure. People with olive or darker complexions should use sun block to avoid direct exposure to the sun’s rays.

• Occasionally there can be pinpoint bleeding. Immediately apply antibacterial ointment to the area.

Some swelling and blistering commonly occurs after the laser removal treatment. There is no need to panic as these heal on their own after some time. If you any resultant pain bothers you too much, consult the physician to recommend you some pain killer. You may like to check site
