Thanks fo the advice, Im sure there is more the one quelity Dr and clinics out there. The reason I went for Medical Travel Riga is because my friend had done her BA there and it looked just fantastic! I would be in doubt about going to some country and clinic that looks good just on the papers and has a neat website!!! Plus they have all the certifications 
If you want to find a cheaper and better alternative, make sure you know someone that has been there before! And you can be sure about this one www.medicaltravelriga.com. Fantastic service and surgeon.
