Dysport or Botox, which do you prefer?

I find them both to be similar in many ways (both are botulinum neurotoxin A serotypes). The dosages per unit are different and the cost is slightly less for Dysport.

I have used them both and like them both. Dysport may kick in a day or so quicker because it is less protein bound, but all in all both are good.

Which do you prefer? Any differences that you have noted between Botox or Dysport? For example, injection site level of comfort, when you started to notice effect? Longevity of the effects?

Would be interested to hear your thoughts.

I am an injector. I find that dysport has a wider effect than botox. This can be an advantage in the forehead but can be more problematic in the lower crow's feet. Botox seems more controlled.
