fatty tissue around my pecs

Ever since I hit puberty I was fat. Then by the end of highschool i lost most of my weight. Now I work out regurally and eat a good diet. I still can't get rid of the layer of fat on my chest though. I have tried everything. How much would it be to have the fat around my cheast removed?

The fatty chest may be from either extra fat or residual breast tissue (yes, in males also). Depending on what it is the surgery may or may not be partially covered by your insurance. The costs may run from $4,000 to $8,000 depending on complexity and location.
