answer my own question! The bruising went very fast (2 weeks) but I still have a lot of numbness in my face in front of ears.
Anyone who is interested i used Bumrungrad hospital in Bangkok.
Cost was UK£ 2500 including upper & lower eyelids. (£6000+ in UK)
Hospital is like 5* hotel! |

its now 9 months since my face lift & almost all the numbness has gone. Scars are only visible under a strong maglite. Everyone who I meet cannot beleive my true age!
overall it was well worth the money & I can highly recomend bumrungrad Hospital in Babgkok.

| Hello Angel! Happy to hear that everything is fine! I'm planning to have my facelift in Bumrungrad hospital too. Would you please recommend a good plasticsurgeon in Bumrungrad hospital. Did you send your picture beforehand? |

Hi Maire,
the surgeon I used was Dr Termsak Navykorn. ( I can highly recomend him) If you go to their website it lists all the docs & their experience & qualifications.
I did send some photos of myself beforehand , yes. They will do a very thorough examination of you before they strart anything tho.
the package i took included one nights stay but Dr Termsak said I would have to stay two! there were a few other extra expenses but nothing much I think my total bill was about TBhat172,000, which at time worked out at around £ 2700 which is a fraction of the cost here in UK.
the care level is fabulous ( Although I wasnt too keen on the hospital food!)
I am returning to bangkok in Nov for a holiday & intend to visit Dr Termsak so he can see the results.
Good luck & have a great time in Thailand |

Hi , like I said above, go to their website & you can see all the doctors & their experience/ qualifications. I can only recomend the guy who did me!
Im sure any of them would be very good, the hospital has a very high reputation in SE Asia, it is american run but only thai doctors ( they all speak good english!) |
